Countdown timer not visible?

If you cannot see the countdown timer (or it is blank) on our Home page, it is probably because of a major software bug that was introduced in Adobe Flash Player V10.3.183.5.  This affected Flash-based components on many thousands of websites and Adobe worked quickly to rectify the issue and release a new update.  However, if your browser is already using the affected version of Flash Player (V10.3.183.5), you will NOT be automatically updated and must manually download and install the update.

To check which version of Adobe Flash Player your browser is using, please go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and the web page will tell you.  Click the "Player Download Center" link to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for your particular browser (except Google Chrome). 

NOTE:  For Google Chrome browsers, the Flash plugin comes pre-installed (with the broken version!).  You must either wait for a new release/update of Google Chrome to become available or, if you are technically competent, you can update the Flash plugin yourself by following the instructions here.
